Sannini Cotto from Impruneta

For the new high-speed train station Tiburtina Studio ABDR has designed a new element with brick L-shaped section, which alternated with a rectangular element marks the cladding. Particular attention was paid to the color of the brick façade, which was to be combined with other materials. It 'was therefore chosen a tobacco color obtained by adding manganese oxides. The end result is a building with a natural finish that highlights the texture of the material, but at the same time reveals a extremely lightweight texture of cladding.
