The Studio "Paritzki & Liani Architects" has selected the Cotto floor elements by Sannini Impruneta for the project of the private villa "E/J House" in Israel.
E/J House is located near the sea, surrounded by eclectic residential houses positioned closely. The planers decomposed the volume in two separate houses, rotated perpendicularly one to another, with a patio in between.
The elements of this habitat like basement, patio, stairs were charged of a new operative function: devices with new possible levels of existence.
The ground line condition is materially marked by a Cotto flooring, for which it was selected the Listello 7 x 30 x 2,2 cm with Arrotato finishing.
From each bedroom the views are reflected to the rising garden or to the internal passage of the patio/tunnel.
The final result seems that of an appararent silence; nothing however is what it appears to be.
