Refined materials, harmony of the elements and strong technical content are the guidelines of the project YC KEMPINSKI RESIDENCE an important multi-purpose complex located at Yinchuan designed by Urbanprojects - Hong Kong.
The project involved the use of few materials, for an architectural language simple and effective: terracotta cladding with various applications, stone and glass. The wall covering.
The designer has been able to use skillfully the various components of Sannini Impruneta, combining historical material but at the same time versatile for Contemporary Architecture. A Terracotta application that ensures the mechanical strength as well as oxidation and weathering resistance; in an area of particular aggressive conditions.
The Arch. Forhad Ullah together with the manufacturer, has studied specifically for this project the special panels and fixing systems; found both extruded products such as the Lamella, the Piastra and the T-Element, as well as in Cottostone.
